Investment Management Servicesfor Individuals, Institutions and Retirement Plans
We provide continuous advice and asset management to you regarding investment of your funds based upon a risk assessment and your stated goals, objectives and timeframes. c5 develops your Investment Policy Statement (IPS) and creates and manages investment portfolios based upon your preferences as set forth in the IPS.
c5 develops portfolios that may include any or all of the following types of investments; individual equity securities, no-load mutual funds, ETFs, municipal and corporate bonds, government securities and various other investment products. The allocation plan takes into consideration your overall assets, management style, risk analysis and stated concerns and objectives
Comprehensive Wealth Management.
Comprehensive Wealth Management consists of holistic Financial Planning and integrated Investment Management. It is a complex process that involves the following steps:
• extensive consultation
• business and personal financial data gathering
• establishing financial goals and objectives
• analysis of information
• development of tactics and strategies in a written plan to meet stated objectives
• implementation of your plan
• monitoring your plan and making necessary adjustments
The process is analytical and advisory, involving evaluation of your present financial situation, income tax and investment planning, estate and retirement planning with specific recommendations in each of these areas. The planning is an ongoing service that requires a review and revision of the plan periodically.
The financial plan may address any or all of the following areas of concern:
• investment portfolio analysis and recommendations
• income tax and cash flow
• assessment of client risk and individual portfolio risk
• education funding
• estate tax analysis and multigenerational asset transfer strategies
• insurance audit - life, disability, LTC, health, property/casualty, liability
• retirement strategies for accumulation and tax efficient distributions using probability forecasting
• business consulting and benefit integration for closely held corporations or self-employed
• executive compensation
Financial Consulting Services.
• Retirement Plan Consulting: If you have a pension or retirement plan such as a 401k, profit-sharing plan or money purchase pension, c5 can provide you with a comprehensive Fiduciary Assessment and Retirement Plan Analysis (FARPA).
The FARPA provides you with a roadmap to follow to ensure compliance with the Pension Protection Act, Department of Labor and ERISA guidelines. Fee Structure.
All planning and consulting services are based upon an hourly rate of $250, however a fixed fee may also be agreed upon in addition or in place of the hourly rate.
Fees are determined based upon the nature and complexity of each client's circumstances. All fees are agreed upon prior to entering into a contract for services.
A retainer of $2,500 is due at the time an Agreement is signed for Comprehensive Wealth Management, Retirement Plan Consulting, Divorce or Business Consulting Services.
For our institutional clients a $5,000 Fiduciary Oversight and Monitoring Fee is due annually.
Portfolio Management Fees.
Fees are charged for managing investment portfolios as a percentage of assets under management. The following schedule applies to AUM for individuals, estates, trusts, pension plans, and charitable organizations.

| $5,000,001 to $10,000,000 | 0.50% |
| $10,000,001 to $25,000,000 | 0.25% |
| $25,000,001 and greater | 0.15% |
The fees are graduated and paid in arrears on a quarterly basis billed to the client and debited directly from the portfolio. The minimum account size is $1,000,000 and the minimum annual fee is $10,000. Clients with investable assets under the minimums will be considered based upon their overall situation.
